This document covers the company website. Each product has its own policy, published on its own domain.
Only what you send us yourself through the contact form: your name, email, message and, if you choose, your phone number and company name. The site collects nothing else: there is no sign-up, no analytics and no ad scripts. The site sets no cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, so opening a page makes no requests to third-party services.
The form goes to our server, which immediately forwards it as an email to info@alana.kz; the request is not stored on the server itself. If you write to the inbox directly, we see the sender’s address and the content of the email. In both cases we use the data only to reply: we don’t share it with third parties or add it to mailing lists. We keep the correspondence for as long as it takes to resolve your question.
The web server that serves the pages keeps standard request logs: IP address, request time, page address and browser details. They are used to protect against attacks and diagnose failures, are not linked to a visitor’s identity and are not shared with third parties.
Links lead to separate services with their own terms. As soon as you move to another domain, its privacy policy applies, so please read it separately.
You can ask what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. Write to info@alana.kz and we’ll reply within a reasonable time.
If analytics or new forms appear on the site, we will update this text and change the date at the top of the page. Current version: September 18, 2026.
